🖋️ Urban Sketchers Exhibtion at URA
As part of Singapore’s 58th national day celebrations, the Urban Sketchers Chapter of Singapore ( which I am a member of) was invited to display our work at the Urban Redevelopement Authority Singapore. This exhibition titled ‘Memories @ 58’ aimed at celebrating Singapore’s diverse cultural heritage.
The artwork I chose to display was a plein air sketch that I did at Little India’s Tekka Market showcasing its diverse range of Indian dishes with a singapore flair. This hawker centre is a pivotal part of the immigrant experience in Singapore highlights its unique culinary legacy.
