SERVICE DESIGN ELEVATION FOR
ANG CHIN MOH FUNERAL DIRECTORS
( LIVE CLIENT YEAR 2 SEM 2)



The aim of this project is to build differentiation and long-term business value for our live client (Year 2 Sem 2) , Ang Chin Moh Funeral Directors (ACMFD) by understanding ACMFD services and spaces, creating a seamless experience for meaningful end-of-life services for the dearly departed and their family. My teammates were Agarwal Nehal,  Charissa Cheok En Qi, Claudia Koh Cui Juan, Joanna Bertilla and Nur Athirah Bte Supa'at. 
My role involved general brainstorming and ideation, art direction and creating isometric diagrams.
