⛑️Mercy Relief Mural Design 🛟

This Mural was created for Mercy Relief as a pro bono project. The aim was to transform the walls of their office through art to encourage donations. The murals reflect hope amidst crisis, spotlighting Disaster Relief efforts in Gaza, West Bank, Palestine, Türkiye Earthquake 2023, and Pakistan Floods 2022, and Chennai Floods 2015.  From promoting Water and Sanitation to Healthcare, Education, Sustainable Livelihoods, and Shelter, each stroke echoes resilience. This project is especiallly meaningful to me as Mercy had contributed to disaster relief aid to areas where I lived in India.
I designed the mural from start to finish, transferred it onto the wall, managed a team of over 15 volunteers in shifts to paint over the course of 3 weeks. The mural spans 11 meters!

Mercy Relief TYPOGRAPHY Design

Mercy Relief also requested typography posters for mobile classroom murals each inspired by a motivational quote aimed at inspiring children. Utilizing watercolour texture illustrations, I created 3 designs that are both playful and simple; Mercy relief used black  These murals not only decorate the space but also ignite curiosity and enthusiasm for learning among young minds and contain easter eggs from the books from which the books are taken.
