🦧 Brief in Brief
Design a Collection for the Mandai Wildlife Reserve Highlighting the magic of all four parks (Singapore Zoo, Night Safari, River Wonders & Bird Paradise) while ensuring sustainable product design + manufacturing and coherent brand messaging in line with Mandai’s value of preservation, protection and raising awareness about wildlife.
🐅 Insight
Mandai is an iconic park of Singapore with a 15,000 animals from 1,000 species, yet most of their merchandise focuses on the key animals at the park from zebras to elephants. Their homegrown offerings ‘Wildlife Sanctuary’ merchandise focuses on.
🐆 Brand Strategy
Getting people to reconsider the Mandai Gift Shop offerings as a sustainable luxury iconic Singaporean keepsake rather than just offering touristy tshirts and tote bags.
🐘 Sketches and Trial Routes of Illustration
I called my final design : The Exotic Edit : From the tiniest of butterflies to the giant hornbill, each animal is a treasure. The exotic edit is all about celebrating rare and endangered animals and their importance to the planet. Here is a list of all the animals I included in the design, you can find them spread out across all 4 parks : Singapore Zoo, Bird Paradise, Night Safari and River Wonders.
This collection is a celebration of the remarkable creatures and flora that call the Mandai Reserve home. Join us in honoring the rich tapestry of our natural world and its incredible diversity. The Exotic Exit is a true keepsake for all nature and wildlife enthusiasts out there! 🌍🌸
